I went and tried a reiki session with Carmen and it was an unreal experience, she helped get an appointment that suited me and accommodated the fact I had one of my girls with me, then both of the girls tried it also. Carmen had such amazing patience working with a wriggly 7 year old. We are all feeling so much calmer as we were all running rather highly strung. I'm disappointed it took me so long to try it. Can't wait to come again when we are feeling that we need Reiki again, thanks so much Carmen!

Holistic Healing

This was my first experience with Reiki but it won't be my last!!! I must admit I was very sceptical but as I was having a highly anxious week, I thought I would give it a try. Carmen makes you feel so comfortable and welcome and the environment is really inviting. People come into your life for a reason, and I am so grateful that Carmen has come into mine. With the wedding, COVID changing plans, work, getting sick and trying to be fit and healthy, let’s just say I have been a little emotional, stressed & overwhelmed. Carmen is my photographer for my wedding to which I have been following her page Studio Thirtytwo for ages. Carmen is not only a photographer that takes fantastic photos; she also does reiki, access bars and aromatherapy massage. Monday I was over being an emotional wreck, so I contacted Carmen about reiki. I had never had it before until Tuesday night. Let’s just say it has changed my life; I feel human, happy and the fun-loving Carla again. It is an experience I have never felt before, but I highly recommend it. I don’t know what happens, but it changed me. Tonight I also went and had an aromatherapy massage, well it is just bliss as well so relaxing, and I smell amazing.
