This was my first experience with Reiki but it won’t be my last! I must admit I was very sceptical but as I was having a highly anxious week, I thought I would give it a try. Carmen makes you feel so comfortable and welcome and the environment is really inviting. My body and mind reacted to the therapy in ways I wasn’t expecting and I left feeling much lighter and calmer.
